Payments

Yes we ask for a 20% deposit (or £50 whichever is the greater amount) which is non refundable.

20% deposit to confirm the booking and then the balance is payable 4-6 weeks before the wedding date. We can set you up a payment plan to help spread the cost if needed.

Yes – Cancellation
Once receipt of deposit for the hire by the client is received and confirmed, the cancellation of any item within 12 months of the hire date will incur percentage cancellation fees calculated from your overall hire charge as detailed below:
1) Between 5 & 12 months – 0%
2) Less than 5 months & more than 28 days before the first day of the hire period – 30% 3) Less than 28 days & more than 14 days – 75%
4) Less than 14 days’ notice – 100%
5) No notice of cancellation given – 100%”

4-6 weeks before the wedding date once final numbers have been confirmed we’ll drop you an email just to double check everything and will then send over our invoice to be paid 4 weeks before your wedding.

We add £100 damages deposit on to your final invoice to cover the cost of any damages that may occur whilst our items are on hire to you. This will be returned to you within 5 workings days, once we have checked everything has come back to us in full working order.

Yes we only use LED candles in our lanterns.

Yes we have both LED and real candles available. The LED ones are great as they look real.

Yes we set up either the day before (if possible) or the morning of your wedding and collect everything the morning afterwards. We cannot collect at midnight on your wedding day unless by prior agreement.

We contact your venue the week of your wedding to confirm what time they will be set and ready for us.

Yes the set up cost is included in our prices providing you meet the minimum spend.

Other

Yes ribbon colours are much easier to match so if in doubt – choose white/ivory vertical drops and we can match the ribbon.
