How We Work

Our approach is simple, we work closely with you to take care of all the little details to make your day just perfect! If you interested in booking a consultation or would like to just find out more you can get in touch here.

Step One | Consultation


We offer consultations in our studio for Hampshire couples and via zoom in Northamptonshire so you can start planning with us from the comfort of your own home!

We’ll go through our brochure with you and talk about what we think works and what we’ve seen before at your chosen venue.

Step Two | Quote


After our consultation we will prepare a bespoke quote for you with all the items individually priced so if you want to change things up it’s no problem at all.

We will email this over to you within a couple of days of our consultation.

Step Three | Booking


If you’re happy with your quote we ask for 20% deposit to get booked in. We totally appreciate that tastes do change and as we add new stock you may want to change what you’ve originally booked – this is no problem at all. We’re happy to make changes up to six weeks beforehand. However, the sooner you’re able to tell us really helps as some items are limited in stock and this frees it up for another couple.

Step Four | Six Weeks Before

Six Weeks Before The Big Day

We will send you over an email detailing exactly what we have booked for you and if we don’t have the information already, we’ll confirm exactly where you want items placed. If you’re more comfortable doing this over zoom we are happy to chat things through with you.

Once everything is confirmed we will send you our invoice for the final payment.

Step Five | Four Weeks

Four Weeks Before The Big Day

This is when your payment is due. Once received this is when we really start planning for your wedding. We will start preparing signage, table plans, order ribbon if we don’t have it in stock already – all the little details really start happening from now.

Step Six | Prep


The week of your wedding we will confirm with your venue when we can set up and if you need us to work around other suppliers we can let them know our plan for the day. A few days before your wedding everything is boxed up ready to go.

Step Seven | The Big Day

The Big Day!

On your wedding day we want you to relax, enjoy and have the best day of your lives – so leave all the set up and faffing (we have a Queen of faff!) to us. Once we’ve set up, we double check everything against your invoice and let the venue know we are finished and inform them if anything needs moving. We’ll also confirm with them when we will collect everything.

Step Eight | Collection


We will come back the next day to collect everything and start the cleaning and putting away, so there’s nothing for you to worry about! Just enjoy the start of married life.
